This koikuchi soy sauce is made from selected whole soybeans, wheat, and sun-dried salt, naturally brewed for over a year in wooden barrels on Shodoshima island of Japan. It has a deep and rich flavor with a beautiful color to be used on fish, meat, or other dishes. It is wrapped in special wrapping paper for added protection.
